Irina, Helen (my two housemates), Glenda and I hosted 15 people for thanksgiving this year! It was an achievement, to be sure, and lots of fun. Our turkey was 26 pounds! Mum, I hope you are proud of your daughter. I think the best dish was Helen's sweet potato mash with melted marshmellows. *slurp* We had requests for 3rds and 4ths, but alas, it had all gone very quickly. Although we don't celebrate Thanksgiving in Australia, my mum has definitely catered for this many people before, and I know have a keen appreciation of her culinary and organisational skills! Onya mum!
