Here at Olabs we miss our good ole mate Paul Frantz, who is now in Ireland. Paul has many characteristics that endear him to us: generosity, intelligence, humour and a propensity for Jim Beam and Chinese food. Today (March 9th) is his birthday, so we went to one of Paul's fave Chinese Buffets, even though he couldn't be there with us.
